Les actes répréhensibles en question peuvent inclure des activités criminelles, le non-respect d’une obligation légale, d’exigences réglementaires ou de tout code de conduite applicable dans l’industrie pharmaceutique, des erreurs judiciaires, des dangers pour la santé et la sécurité, des dommages pour l’environnement, la corruption, la facilitation de l’évasion fiscale, la fraude financière ou la mauvaise gestion, la violation des politiques et procédures Norgine internes ou la divulgation non autorisée de données à caractère personnel ou d’informations confidentielles.
