Mit diesem Whistleblowing-Meldeformular können Sie Norgine Ihnen bekannte oder mutmaßliche Verstöße in Bezug auf melden, die bereits begangen worden sind oder mit deren Begehung gerechnet wird, einschließlich versuchter Verstöße und Maßnahmen, die darauf gerichtet sind, Verstöße zu verbergen. Relevante Verstöße sind unter anderem: strafbare Handlungen, Verstöße gegen gesetzliche Verpflichtungen, Rechtsordnungen oder anwendbare Verhaltenskodizes in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, Justizirrtümer, Gefahren für Gesundheit und Sicherheit, Schäden für die Umwelt, Bestechung, Beihilfe zur Steuerhinterziehung, finanzieller Betrug oder Missmanagement, Verstöße gegen unsere internen Richtlinien und Verfahren sowie die unbefugte Weitergabe personenbezogener Daten oder vertraulicher Informationen.
